The
United Church of Christ is the result of the merger of
four historic denominations of
1957.
The U.C.C. is in the Reformed tradition and is
known as a concerned and progressive denomination that expresses the Christian
faith in responsible action.
We are a liturgical church but not strictly formal. Our worship enables the congregation to share fully in every service. We observe the church year and celebrate two sacraments: Baptism and Holy Communion.
When you visit us you will be our respected and
welcome guest. You will not be singled out in an embarrassing way nor asked
to stand before the congregation nor asked to come forward. You will worship
God with us.
